(2) All transactions for your sales will be paid directly to you and NOT to Pickyourpups.com
(3) All communications between you and the buyer are kept on our server unless you choose a different method of communicating with your buyer
(4) Any and all certifications and claims made by you about your puppies are your responsibility to prove
(5) Pickyourpups will not be responsible for or taken to court for any transactions between you and your buyer.
(6) You understand that this is a platform for you to post and sell your puppies and that the only contract held with Pickyourpups.com is your monthly subscription fee
(7) We do not guarantee that our site will sell your puppies for you but we will all we can to Market the site for the masses
(8) You do agree that using our services is an at will subscription and that you may cancel at anytime.
(9) If you cancel in the middle of the month, you will still be able to login until the month has ended.
(10) You can always re-open your account when you have new puppies to post for going rate at that time.
(11) You agree that the puppies you post are yours to sell
12) You also agree that you are responsible for all taxes associated with your sales according to your state.
(13) You agree to the fee of $4.99 to start and a monthly recurring fee of $4.99 until you cancel.
(14) Your monthly fee may increase by $5.00 based on the number of mates that you choose to post on our site.
